Marco Rubio Falls To Third Place In Latest Florida GOP Poll
ORLANDO, Florida – U.S. Senator Marco Rubio has fallen third place in the Republican Presidential Preference Primary in his home state of Florida, according to the latest CBS News 2016 Battleground Tracker poll released on Sunday.
U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) has pushed ahead to take second place with 24% compared to Rubio's 21% while GOP front-runner Donald Trump continues to lead in the Sunshine State by a wide margin with 44%.

Rubio has been declining in the polls during the last few weeks leading up to Florida's winner-take-all delegate Presidential Primary Election that will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2016. From February 24 to Mar 7, Rubio suffered a six point drop from 28% to 22%, according to Quinnipiac University polling data.
