Florida State and U.S. Senate Republican Candidate Forum April 10

MELBOURNE, Florida - The Republican Liberty Caucus of Florida is sponsoring a Republican Primary Campaign Forum and Straw Poll that will be held on Sunday, April 10, 2016, at the Holiday Inn Business Center located at 8298 North Wickham Road in Melbourne.

The event provides Brevard County voters with an excellent opportunity to get to know the candidates running for U.S. Senate, Florida State Senate and the Florida State House of Representatives. Attendees will also have the opportunity to vote for the candidate of their choice in a straw poll which will be conducted by the Brevard County Supervisor of Elections Office.

The event will officially begin at 2:00 p.m but the doors open at 12:30 p.m. for those voters who would like to have the opportunity to meet the candidates up close and personal. 

"We have had an excellent response from the candidates involved and expect a large crowd," said RLC Chairman Bob White. "We are also very pleased to have Kevin Derby and John Hallman serving as moderators for the event Kevin is the Chief Political Correspondent for Sunshine State News, and John is the Legislative Affairs Director for Liberty First Network." 

Welcoming remarks will be delivered by Congressman Bill Posey. 

General Admission: $5. Cash Bar.
