Waste Management To Host Community Meeting On Planned Recycling Facility

COCOA, Florida — Waste Management will host a Community Meeting on its planned Space Coast Recycling Facility on Thursday, April 11 at 6 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Express, 301 Tucker Lane in Cocoa.

As part of its new contract with Brevard County, Waste Management has committed to build a new, $12-million state-of-the-art recycling facility bringing 36 new jobs to the area.

The Space Coast Recycling Center is currently proposed to be built on a site with an existing 30,000-square-foot commercial moving and storage facility at 5155 West King Street in Cocoa, Florida.
