Rick Perry To Drop Out Of Presidential Race

BREAKING NEWS -- Texas Governor Rick Perry is expected to announce at 11:00 a.m. today that he is dropping out of the Republican Presidential Nominee race.

Perry, who had been in the single digits after poor debate performances early in the race has not been able to reach double digits despite is improved debating skills over the last month.

This will also mean that there is only one GOP presidential candidate with military service - Texas Congressman Ron Paul.  Perry voters will probably be equally divided amongst the 'anti-Mitt' candidates Rick Santorum (social conservatives), Newt Gingrich (mainstream conservatives) and Ron Paul (fiscal conservatives and veterans).
