Marco Rubio To Withhold Debt Ceiling Vote Unless Reforms Are Made

Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) stated in an op-ed article in the Wall Street Journal that he will not vote to raise the federal debt ceiling unless substantial reforms are made to taxes, regulations, Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid. 

Additionally, Sen. Rubio wants cuts to discretionary spending and a balanced-budget amendment.
