So far, the 4,733,000 views of GOP Texas Governor Rick Perry's 'Strong' ad have generated 629,000 dislikes.
In the narrative below the video, Rick Perry says:
"I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm a Christian, but you don't need to be in the pew every Sunday to know there's something wrong in this country when gays can serve openly in the military but our kids can't openly celebrate Christmas or pray in school.

Despite the YouTube dislikes, the ad strategy is obviously targeting social conservatives who have not been won over by neo-liberal Mitt Romney, adulterer Newt Gingrich, and libertarian leaning Ron Paul.
Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney is touting his long marriage and Mormon faith, rather than his not-so-socially-conservative political track record, to woo social conservatives. So voters can look forward to more staged hand holding than a Cialis commercial between this married political couple in the weeks leading up to the Iowa caucuses.
Meanwhile, Lutheran-raised-turned-Baptist Ron Paul's campaign continues to focus on policy issues rather than touting his personal life even though he has been married longer to only one woman than any of the other candidates.
Remarkably, Ron Paul's most prominent campaign commercial against Newt Gingrich titled 'Serial Hypocrisy' has had only 529 dislikes.
